A mounting system with the Vitafloor-developed safety locking bar system is available for the VME. The brackets are made entirely of aluminum and feature smooth, extremely strong couplings. The safety locking bar system is mounted on both sides of the stirrups. The Vitafloor safety locking system was developed by a team of engineers and horse experts. The safety locking bar system ensures that a horse cannot get caught on the bar in an emergency. The mounting system can be purchased together with the Vitafloor VME vibration plate or separately, as it is not attached to the vibration plate itself, but rather secured underneath it with two steel mounting plates.
