The therapeutic saddle pad with Thermapt technology

The Sedelogic S-curve pad is a custom-made saddle pad that offers excellent pressure distribution and shock absorption while keeping your horse cool and dry. It is designed for a variety of disciplines: dressage, show jumping, polo, horse racing, endurance, and leisure riding.

Freedom for the shoulders and withers. The special curve at the front allows for perfect shoulder freedom, enabling greater movement and peak performance.

Shock absorption and pressure distribution
The three-dimensional weaving technique creates thousands of mini shock absorbers, resulting in a significant peak pressure reduction. Sedelogic pads were developed through laboratory and equine experiments. We conducted a series of pressure measurements on horses. A pressure reduction of up to 50% was observed with Sedelogic pads. Thermapt technology
The new S-curve pad features Thermapt technology. The rear section is made of thermoplastic material, which provides even greater pressure distribution and reduces peak pressure in the kissing spine area. This layer creates a slight elevation that shifts the rider's weight slightly toward the front of the saddle, thus protecting the kissing spine area.

Custom fit
The thermoplastic layer with Thermapt Technology creates a custom-made pad. After heating with a hairdryer, the material becomes malleable. You can then easily place the pad on the horse's back, place the saddle on top, and the rider can mount. The material will harden within 10 minutes, giving the pad its final shape. This is a combination of the horse's anatomy, the saddle shape, and the rider's weight.

Pressure relief circle
The stapes's suspension is a major cause of high peak pressure. The S-curve pad has a circular cutout at the stapes's suspension, providing a little more space. As a result, peak pressure is distributed over a larger area.

Ventilation is an important feature of a pad. The warm, humid air under the saddle can then be replaced by cool, less humid ambient air. The Sedelogic pad consists of several layers of breathable 3D woven polyester thread, which reduces heat buildup under the saddle and keeps the horse dry.
